Pure botanical extraction โ€” designed for water solubility from the start.

Our process uses a non-polar liquified gas that doesn't react with plant components in the water phase. This preserves the compounds contributing to the hop's essence while removing waste that creates problems in traditional hopping.

Hop Selection

We source from quality growers known for outstanding crops. Any variety. Any crop year. We can also process your existing hop inventory to preserve its unique profile.

Hydrocarbon Extraction

Our patented closed-loop system uses liquified gas at conditions that mimic the natural environment where plants mature. Low temperature preserves volatile compounds that kilning destroys.

Water-Soluble Formulation

The extracted compounds are formulated into a water-soluble concentrate using our FDA-approved solubilizer. This is the step no other hop extract company has solved.

CO2 extraction was never designed to capture the full hop.

Supercritical CO2 is the industry standard โ€” but it produces oil-based concentrates that resist water, strip out delicate terpenes, and leave behind the polyphenols and beta acids that contribute to mouthfeel and complexity.

Low-Temperature Preservation

Our extraction occurs at temperatures that preserve volatile monoterpenes โ€” the bright citrus, floral, and tropical compounds that kilning and CO2 processing destroy.

98% of hop compounds preserved โ€” including polyphenols for haze stability, beta acids for balanced bitterness, xanthohumol, and the complete terpene profile. Not just alpha acids and oils.
